Abstract

PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, merupakan salah satu produsen semen di Indonesia yang mensuplay baik di tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Tahap awal dalam proses pembuatan semen adalah peremukan batu kapur sebagai bahan baku pembuatan semen, namun pada proses peremukan batu kapur ini belum memenuhi target produksi. Oleh sebab itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dengan cara mengetahui hasil perhitungan Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) pada mesin hammer crusher Tuban 1 dan mengetahui beberapa faktor yang menjadi penyebab menurunnya produktivitas hasil produksi dengan menggunakan diagram Sebab Akibat (fishbone) dan memberikan solusi yang dibutuhkan sehingga dapat dilakukan langkah-langkah perbaikan dan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan produktivitas hammer crusher Tuban 1 PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Pabrik Tuban. Dari hasil penelitian di dapatkan nilai produktivitas unit hammer crusher Tuban 1 menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) setelah dilakukan analisa menggunakan diagram sebab akibat (fishbone) adalah 89,29 %, dengan Nilai Availability Rate sebesar 97,49 %, Nilai Performance Rate sebesar 96,42 %, dan Nilai Quality Rate sebesar 95 %.
