Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh good corporate governance dan kinerja keuangan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sector properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia perisode 2017-2018. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sector properti dan real estate yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia sampai tahun 2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dibantu dengan alat software SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dewan komisaris berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh terhadap harga saham, kinerja keuangan (ROE) berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Dan bila diuji secara bersama-sama seluruh variabel independen menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh terhadap harga saham.
