Abstract

Pengendalian persediaan adalah proses yang sangat penting untuk operasi perusahaan, dengan tujuan untuk mencegah perusahaan dari kehabisan stok dan untuk menjaga biaya pengadaan yang optimal. Bagi PT XXX, ketersediaan akan item sparepart mesin mempengaruhi tingkat layanan dalam operasional produksi yang berjalan. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dilapangan level pengendalian persediaan berbeda-beda baik dari Harga/Unit , Level Penggunaan, dan leadtime Persediaan. Dengan cukup tingginya level Inventory di kondisi lapangan yang tersedia maka perlu adanya analisa menggunakan Model Klasifikasi Multi Unit Spares Inventory Control - Three Dimensional approach (MUSIC 3D) Classification dari kombinas ABC Analisis, FSN , dan SDE sebagai pendekatan analisis dalam mengetahui tingkat consumption value, aviability of stock, dan consumption rate sebagai titik penentu kombinasi yang tepat terhadap sifat stock item dengan pendekatan perhitungan EOQ, Safety Stock, dan ROP dalam penentuan pertimbangan biaya operasional persediaan. 7 titik kombinasi dengan masing – masing ANS, ASS, BSS, BSD, CSD, CFD, CFE yang menghasilkan optimasi terhadap titik biaya persediaan sebesar Rp 60.745.145.472. dimana dalam kondisi eksisting memiliki nominal sebesar Rp 63.365.969.747. sehingga mampu menekan biaya persediaan sebesar Rp. 2.620.824.274 atau 4% dari kondisi awal.
