Abstract

Perhitungan harga pokok produksi merupakan hal yang penting untuk diperhtikan karena semangkin meningkatnya persaingan antar perusahaan dalam menghasilkan produk-produk yang berkualitas dengan harga yang cukup bersaing. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menanalisis perbandingan antar perhitungan harga pokok produksi dengan metode full costing dengan perhitungan dari UKM. Berdasarkan perhitungan harga pokok produksi dengan metode full costing lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan perhitungan menurut perhitungan dari UKM. Dengan mendaptkan omzet sebesar Rp. 644.000 per harinya, apabilan dalam sebulan bisa mencapai omzet sebesar Rp. 19.320.000 per bulan. Hasil dari perhitungan harga pokok produksi untuk menentukan harga jual sinom “Idolaku” dengan menggunakan metode full costing adalah jumlah total harga pokok produksi (2.494,83) di bagi dengan harga jual (3000) dikali 100% adalah sebesar Rp. 83,16% sedangkan apabila menggunakan perhitungan Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) harga pokok produksi (2.188,71) dibagi harga jual (3000) dikali 100% adalah sebesar Rp. 72,95%, sehingga mengalami selisih sebesar Rp. 10,21% . Perhitungan ini diperoleh karena dari perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode full costing untuk biaya penyusutan harus di perhitungkan secara terperinci, sedangkan dari pihak Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) tidak memperhitungkan biaya penyusutan hanya memperhitungkan biaya variabel.
