Abstract

Underpricing adalah sebuah fenomena pada saat perusahaan melakukan Initial Public Offering (IPO). Underpricing adalah suatu fenomena dimana harga saham pada penawaran di pasar perdana lebih rendah dibandingkan harga penutupan di pasar sekunder. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat Underpricing harga saham perusahaan yang melakukan IPO pada periode 2017-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen informasi non-keuangan dan informasi keuangan yaitu umur perusahaan, DER, NPM, CR, EPS, dan ROA. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pourpose sampling dengan jumlah sampel 125 dari 149 perusahaan yang melakukan IPO di BEI dari periode 2017-2019. Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, total sampel penelitian adalah 125 perusahaan. Pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis linier berganda dengan alat statistik software SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Umur Perusahaan (AGE) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Underpricing harga saham. (2) Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Underpricing harga saham. (3) Current Ratio (CR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Underpricing harga saham. (4) Net Profit Margirn (NPM) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Underpricing harga saham. (5) Earning per Share (EPS) berpengaruh terhadap Underpricing harga saham. (6) Return on Assets (ROA) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Underpricing harga saham.
