Abstract

UMKM Alwira merupakan sebuah UMKM yang berada dilokasi Desa Rengel Kabupaten Tuban. Terdapat permasalahan yang ada di UMKM tersebut adalah persediaan bahan baku yang mengalami keterlambatan. Jika permasalahan itu terjadi, maka UMK tersebut akan melakukan backorder untuk konsumen, agar tidak terjadi lost-order atau kehilangan penjualan dan kerugian pada UMKM tersebut. Dengan permasalahan yang ada penelitian ini menyajikan permintaan random, dengan menggunakan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dengan memperhatikan lost-sales dan backorderagar memperoleh hasil yang optimum. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diperoleh keputusan bahwa pada kasus backorder untuk total biaya optimal sebesar Rp 142.062.730, lama selang waktu mendapatkan hasil 0,1086 (dalam tahun), jumlah pemesanan singkong sebesar 34,96 kwintal dan ubi ungu sebesar 35 kwintal. Pada kasus lost-sales mendapatkan hasil total biaya optimum sebesar Rp 131.388.518, lama selang waktu sebesar 0,074 (tahun), dan jumlah pemesanan optimum pada singkong dan ubi ungu sebesar 24 kwintal.
