Abstract

UD. Sumber Alam merupakan perusahaan jasa pengiriman yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan air minum dalam kemasan yang berdiri di Gresik, Jawa Timur. Produk air minum dalam kemasan yang ditawarkan kepada konsumen dengan kemasan galon 19 liter. Salah satu permasalahan salah satu permasalahn yang terjadi UD Sumber Alam yaitu sIstem pendistribusian produk air minum dalam kemasan galon yang hanya berdasarkan pengalaman dari supir sehingga mengakibatkan total jarak tempuh yang besar. Oleh karena itu tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah menentukan rute kunjungan pengiriman air minum kemasan galon dan pengambilan galon kosong dengan pendekatan Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Window (VRPTW) dan Vehicle Routing Problem Pick-up and Delivery (VRPPD). VRPTW dipilih karena mempunyai karakteristik permasalahan yaitu mempertimbangkan waktu pelayanan disetiap konsumen, sedangkan VRPPD dipilih karena mempunyai karakteristik permasalahan yaitu mengambil galon kosong diganti dengan galon yang masih baru. Selain itu, untuk menyelesaikan permaslahan tersebut digunakan yaitu metode algoritma Tabu Search. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan hasil rute 0-7-11-9-8-10-6-5-4-3-0-12-14- 13-16-17-2-1-15-0 dan dengan total jarak 43,44 km
