Abstract

Rencana bisnis ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan mengidentifikasi strategi bisnis yang akan dijalankan RE-Love, serta tujuan utama penulisan ini dilakukan adalah menilai apakah bisnis RE-Love yang bergerak dibidang fashion ini layak direalisasikan atau tidak. Dengan memperkenalkan inovasi dalam industri fashion yaitu thrift shop STP, analisis SWOT. Adapun rencana bisnis ini menggunakan analisis internal seperti Porter’s Five Forces, dan Business Model Canvas (BMC). Dalam proses perencanaan bisnis, penulis juga menganalisis strategi pemasaran serta proyeksi keuangan. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder dan data premier, yang didapatkan dari hasil wawancara, dokumentasi, dan obsersevasi. Proyeksi keuangan bisnis ini diasumsikan memiliki peningkatan pada penjualan sebesar 10% per tahun dalam jangka waktu 5 tahun yang akan datang.
