Abstract

SMA Nahdlatul Ulama 1 Gresik (SMANUSA) merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan menengah atas yang terletak di Gresik, Jawa Timur. SMA Nahdlatul Ulama 1 Gresik agar dapat terus berkembang dengan lembaga pendidikan lain, maka membutuhkan sebuah perencanaan strategis SI/TI yang bertujuan agar kinerja dalam SI/TI secara keseluruhan menjadi lebih efisien pada lembaga pendidikan. Strategi SI/TI sangat diperlukan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut dengan diperlukan sebuah perencanaan strategis sistem informasi (SI) dan teknologi informasi (TI) yang dibuat sesuai dengan visi, misi dan tujuan dari lembaga pendidikan sekolah sehingga dalam perencanaan strategis SI/TI dapat menggunakan kerangka model Ward and Peppard yang dimulai dari proses analisis kondisi lingkungan bisnis eksternal dan internal, serta lingkungan SI/TI eksternal dan internal. Pada proses analisis dapat dilakukan menggunakan teknik analisis SWOT, analisis Value Chain, analisis Five Force Porter, analisis Critical Success Factor (CSF), analisis matriks, Mcfarlan's Strategic Grid. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rencana strategis SI/TI yang berupa portofolio aplikasi mendatang, strategi manajemen SI/TI dan strategi TI berupa usulan pembentukan perangkat dan infrastruktur teknologi informasi dapat menunjang aplikasi sistem yang direncanakan dan dibutuhkan. Rencana strategi SI/TI dituangkan dalam bentuk roadmap sebagai bahan acuan implementasi bagi SMA Nahdlatul Ulama 1 Gresik di masa mendatang.
