Abstract

Sampah merupakan masalah umum yang sering kali terjadi. Permasalahan sampah seringkali dapat menimbulkan konflik bagi masyarakat. Akan tetapi TPA juga dibutuhkan masyarakat untuk menanggulangi masalah persampahan. Permasalahan persampahan yang dihadapi Pulau Gili Bawean adalah sampah yang dibuang ke pinggiran pantai, keberadaan TPA lama yang menimbulkan masalah terhadap masyarakat sekitar TPA. Keadaan TPA sampah yang kurang layak. Sehingga dibutuhkan perumusan penentuan alternatif lokasi TPA sampah yang sesuai degan kondisi Pulau Gili bawean, guna menangani masalah persampahannya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis AHP Analitical Hierarkhi Process. Dalam analisis AHP digunakan untuk menyusun prioritas kriteria penentuan alternatif lokasi Tempat Pembuangan Akhir sampah dan penentuan menemukan lokasi alternatif Tempat Pembuangan Akhir sampah. Dari hasil penelitian ini adalah lokasi alternatif pembangunan TPA sampah di Pulau Gili Bawean. Lokasi alternatif yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan luas lahan karakteristik persampahan dan kriteria- kriteria yang sudah ditentukan . Didapatkan ada 3 alternatif lokasi. 3 lokasi alternatif yang ditemukan telah menjawab permasalahan persampahan yang dihadapi Pulau Gili Bawean yaitu alternatif lokasi tersebut terletak jauh dari badan garis pantai, lokasinya mudah diakses tanpa harus mempuat jalan baru, jauh dari permukiman.
