Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan kinerja keuangan dan nilai perusahaan sebelum dan sesudah akuisisi pada perusahaan pengakuisisi tahun 2017-2021 yang terdaftar di BEI. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan dan informasi perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI. Peneliti akan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik untuk membandingkan kinerja keuangan dan nilai perusahaan sebelum dan sesudah akuisisi. Teknik analisis statistik yang mungkin digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji t, uji beda signifikan, atau uji regresi berganda. Dalam metode kuantitatif, peneliti akan mengumpulkan data dengan cermat, menganalisis data menggunakan teknik analisis statistik yang tepat, dan mengevaluasi hasil analisis untuk mendukung hipotesis penelitian yang diajukan.
