Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh financial literacy dan financial behavior terhadap minat investasi. Salah satu cara dalam pengelolaan sumber keuangan atau kekayaan yang dimiliki adalah dengan berinvestasi. Ketika seseorang berminat untuk melakukan investasi, maka orang tersebut sebelumnya sudah memiliki pengetahuan atau literasi keuangan (financial literacy) yang cukup mengenai kondisi ekonomi terkini dan didukung dengan sikap dalam mengelola keuangan yang baik (financial behavior). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang disebar kepada 57 dosen dan 13 tenaga pendidik Universitas Internasional Semen Indonesia. Penelitian ini dibantu dengan alat statistic SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa financial literacy dan financial behavior berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi, dan memiliki kontribusi sebesar 18,7%. Sisanya sebesar 81,3% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini.
