Abstract

Sistem informasi manajemen rumah sakit (SIMRS) merupakan salah satu contoh sistem yang digunakan di rumah sakit untuk menunjang operasional rumah sakit dan mengelola data informasi yang berkaitan dengan organisasi. Aplikasi Khanza adalah aplikasi yang dikembangkan oleh YASKI, YASKI sendiri merupakan yayasan yang menaungi bagi para pengguna SIMRS Khanza yang ada di Indonesia. Salah satu pengguna aplikasi SIMRS Khanza adalah Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Gresik, Penerapan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) Khanza memerlukan penerapan manajemen risiko untuk mengurangi potensi dampak risiko agar tidak mempengaruhi kelancaran operasional sistem. berdasarkan hasil analisis menggunakan ISO 31000:2018, menghasilkan penentuan penilaian risiko dalam bentuk matriks level, terdapat beberapa kategori antara dampak dan kemungkinan, yaitu 20 terdiri dari 1 low risk, 8 medium risk, dan 11 medium high risk
