Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh ROA, ROE, EPS dan DER terhadap Volatilitas harga saham secara parsial (masing-masing). Sample yang digunakan adalah 6 perusahaan dari 33 perusahaan yang tercantum dalam perusahaan property dan real estate selama periode 2016-2018, sehingga total data yang digunakan sebanyak 72. Ada 5 variable yang digunakan yaitu: Volatilitas harga saham sebagai dependent variable, sedangkan ROA, ROE, EPS dan DER sebagai independent variable. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Pengambilan sample pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variable ROA dan DER secara parsial tidak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap volatilitas harga saham. Sedangkan ROE dan EPS secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap volatilitas harga saham.
