Abstract

Ritel menjadi salah satu bagian dari sektor bisnis yang sangat kompetitif, terkait aspek pengalaman berbelanja konsumen yang memainkan peran penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan suatu usaha. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengkaji dan mempelajari pengaruh store atmosphere terhadap store spending behavior dan customer loyalty di KKV Pakuwon Mall Surabaya, dengan perceived atmosphere sebagai mediator. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 159 responden yang merupakan konsumen di KKV Pakuwon Mall. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Smart-PLS versi 4 untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel melalui analisis kuantitatif. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung pada responden, diukur menggunakan skala likert. Hasil pada temuan ini menyatakan bahwa store atmosphere tidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap store spending behavior dan customer loyalty. Selanjutnya, hasil uji menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara store atmosphere dan perceived atmosphere. Lebih lanjut, perceived atmosphere terbukti memediasi hubungan antara store atmosphere dengan store spending behavior dan customer loyalty. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan yang bermanfaat bagi manajemen toko ritel dalam memperkuat kesan positif oleh pelanggan, sehingga dapat secara efektif membangun loyalitas pelanggan, perilaku belanja konsumen, dan aspek dalam meningkatkan performa bisnis secara keseluruhan.
