Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antara financial technology payment dan financial literacy yang di mediasi oleh financial inclusion terhadap kinerja pelaku UMKM mikro di Kabupaten Gresik sektor food and baverage. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah pelaku UMKM mikro sektor food and beverage di Kabupaten Gresik dengan sampel yang di dapat sebanyak 170 dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan SEM Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa fintech payment berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pelaku UMKM, financial literacy tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pelaku UMKM, fintech payment tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial inclusion, financial literacy berpengaruh terhadap financial inclusion, financial inclusion berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pelaku UMKM, financial inclusion tidak memediasi hubungan antara fintech payment terhadap kinerja pelaku UMKM, financial inclusion memediasi hubungan antara financial literacy terhadap kinerja pelaku UMKM.
