Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh financial attitude, financial self-efficacy, financial knowledge, locus of control, dan income terhadap financial management behavior. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji anova. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner online kepada alumni Universitas Internasional Semen Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dan sampel yang didapatkan sebanyak 65 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat pengaruh financial attitude, financial self-efficacy, financial knowledge, dan locus of control secara simultan terhadap first jobber financial management behaviors. Hasil secara parsial menyatakan bahwa financial attitude dan financial knowledge berpengaruh signifikan terhadap financial management behavior, financial self-efficacy dan locus of control tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial management behavior. Berdasarkan hasil uji anova, tidak terdapat pengaruh income terhadap financial management behavior.
