Abstract

Kepemimpinan adalah suatu kemampuan mempengaruhi orang lain untuk mancapai target yang sudah ditentukan. Penelitian ini meneliti tentang kepemimpinan yang diberikan oleh CV. Anugrah Tehnik kepada karyawan apakah sudah mengunakan pedoman Islam, tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses kepemimpinan yang diberikan dan memberikan saran tentang kepemimpinan yang sesuai dengan pedoman Islam.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitiannya adalah pimpinan dan karyawan CV. Anugrah tehnik. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu mendeskripsikan dan menginterpretasikan data yang telah didapat sehingga menggambarkan realitas yang sebenarnya sesuai dengan fenomena yang terjadi.Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti bawasannya CV. Anugrah Tehnik belum mengunakan pedoman Islam saat menerapkan kepemimpinan pada karyawannya, hal ini bisa dilihat dari sikap pimpinan yang tertutup akan hal ibadah, belum bisa dikatakan memiliki akidah yang benar dan seorang pemimpin yang dicintai bawahan juga belum terlaksanakan.
