Abstract

Manajemen persediaan merupakan komponen penting dalam sistem logistik yang memastikan ketersediaan barang sesuai permintaan guna menghindari kekurangan maupun kelebihan stok. Dalam layanan kesehatan, pengelolaan persediaan trombosit menjadi sangat krusial karena masa simpannya yang singkat dan permintaannya yang mendesak. Unit Transfusi Darah (UTD) PMI Kabupaten Gresik melaporkan bahwa sekitar 8% permintaan trombosit tidak terpenuhi, sehingga dibutuhkan sistem persediaan yang lebih efisien. Penelitian ini menggunakan model AutoregreSSive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) dan Seasonal AutoregreSSive Integrated Moving Average SARIMA. Pada penelitian ini model SARIMA (1,1,0)(0,1,1)12 terpilih, untuk meramalkan permintaan trombosit berdasarkan data bulanan tahun 2021 hingga 2024. Hasil peramalan digunakan dalam dua pendekatan pengendalian persediaan, yaitu Periodic Review System (PRS) dan Continuous Review System (CRS). Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni u ntuk pengendalian persediaan, CRS dipilih sebagai metode terbaik karena lebih responsif terhadap fluktuasi permintaan, mampu menurunkan risiko stock out, dan menyediakan tingkat ketersediaan darah yang lebih andal. Meskipun CRS memiliki biaya per kantong lebih tinggi dibanding PRS, namun keunggulan dalam menjamin keamanan stok dan kecepatan respon terhadap permintaan menjadikannya solusi yang lebih efektif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan metode SARIMA untuk peramalan dan CRS untuk pengendalian persediaan guna mendukung ketepatan pelayanan dan manajemen stok darah TC secara optimal di UTD PMI Kabupaten Gresik.
