Abstract
Perkembangan media sosial telah memberikan kemudahan dalam berkomunikasi dan berbagi informasi, namun di sisi lain memunculkan permasalahan baru seperti cyberbullying. Komentar bermuatan ujaran kebencian atau perundungan secara daring dapat menimbulkan dampak psikologis yang serius bagi korbannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengevaluasi kinerja lima model deep learning dalam mendeteksi komentar cyberbullying pada platform X dalam bahasa Indonesia. Model yang digunakan meliputi Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers), RoBERTa (Robustly Optimized BERT Pretraining Approach), dan ALBERT (A Lite BERT). Dataset diperoleh melalui proses web scraping menggunakan Tweet-Harvest dan dilakukan pelabelan manual berdasarkan indikator komentar bullying. Setiap model dilatih menggunakan parameter yang disesuaikan serta dievaluasi dengan metrik accuracy, precision, recall, dan F1-score. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa model BERT memiliki performa terbaik dengan akurasi sebesar 91,37% dan F1-score sebesar 77,98%, diikuti oleh RoBERTa dan LSTM. Model ALBERT menunjukkan performa paling rendah di antara kelima model. Sebagai bagian dari luaran penelitian, sistem deteksi berbasis web juga berhasil dikembangkan untuk memudahkan implementasi dalam skenario nyata.
