Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan suatu usaha yang banyak didirikan oleh masyarakat dengan golongan ekonomi menengah kebawah. Ketika mendirikan sebuah UMKM harus mempunyai catatan keuangan atau laporan keuangan tapi banyak dari UMKM tidak memiliki laporan keuangan. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman UMKM Otak-Otak Bandeng Mak Cah terhadap Standar Akuntansi Keuangan Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (SAK EMKM) dan penerapan laporan keuangan UMKM Otak-Otak Bandeng Mak Cah berdasarkan SAK EMKM. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan deskriptif. Objek Penelitian ini adalah Otak-Otak Bandeng Mak Cah yang berlokasi di Jl. Sindujoyo IX no 51 Gresik. Teknik Pengumpulan data penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa UMKM Otak-Otak Bandeng Mak Cah tidak mengetahui adanya SAK EMKM yang mengatur tentang laporan keuangan UMKM dan dengan tidak mengetahui adanya laporan keuangan UMKM maka UMKM Otak-Otak Bandeng Mak cah belum menerapkan sesuai dengan SAK-EMKM dikarenakan tidak tahu cara menyusunnya dan tidak mengetahui adanya SAK-EMKM.
