Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, dan Facilitating Conditions terhadap Behavioral Intention menggunakan QRIS pada masyarakat pedesaan Kabupaten Bojonegoro, serta menguji peran Financial Literacy sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 155 responden masyarakat pedesaan pengguna QRIS di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menguji pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh moderasi antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Effort Expectancy berpengaruh terhadap Behavioral Intention, Social Influence tidak berpengaruh terhadap Behavioral Intention, dan Facilitating Conditions berpengaruh terhadap Behavioral Intention. Selanjutnya, Financial Literacy tidak memoderasi hubungan antara Effort Expectancy dan Behavioral Intention, serta tidak memoderasi hubungan antara Social Influence dan Behavioral Intention. Namun, Financial Literacy terbukti memoderasi hubungan antara Facilitating Conditions dan Behavioral Intention dengan arah negatif, yang menunjukkan bahwa Financial Literacy mengurangi pengaruh Facilitating Conditions terhadap Behavioral Intention.
