Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Environmental Disclosure terhadap Cost of Equity Capital dengan Gender Diversity sebagai variabel moderasi pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2021-2024. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari annual report dan sustainability report perusahaan. Sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Pengukuran Environmental Disclosure mengacu pada GRI Standards 2021 Seri 300, sedangkan Cost of Equity Capital dihitung menggunakan metode Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM). Adapun Gender Diversity diukur berdasarkan proporsi perempuan dalam dewan direksi dan dewan komisaris. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) menggunakan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Environmental Disclosure tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Cost of Equity Capital. Selain itu, Gender Diversity juga tidak terbukti mampu memoderasi hubungan antara Environmental Disclosure dan Cost of Equity Capital. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengungkapan informasi lingkungan maupun keberagaman gender dalam dewan perusahaan belum menjadi faktor yang memengaruhi Cost of Equity Capital pada perusahaan manufaktur yang menjadi objek penelitian.
