Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh struktur modal (DER), profitabilitas (ROE), ukuran perusahaan dan kebijakan deviden (DPR) terhadap nilai perusahaan sub sektor properti dan real estate. Variabel independen dalam penelian ini adalah struktur modal (DER), profitabilitas (ROE), Ukuran perusahaan (size), kebijakan deviden (DPR) sedangakan varibel dependen nilai perusahaan (PBV). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 54 perusahaan sub sektor properti dan real estate. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang diperoleh sebanyak 19 sampel. Penelitian ini dibantu dengan alat statistik SPSS 23. Hasil pada penelitian ini pada teknik analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal (DER), ukuran perusahaan (SIZE), kebijakan deviden (DPR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Namun apabila struktur modal (DER), profitabilitas (ROE), ukuran perusahaan (SIZE) dan kebijakan deviden (DPR) diuji secara bersama-sama(simultan) menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan(PBV).
