Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 12 responden dengan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, dengan menggunakan uji F dan uji t. Hasil F hitung sebesar 28,658 > F tabel 4,10 bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan Hasil regresi linier berganda, menunjukkan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung 2,802 > t tabel 2,228. Variabel disiplin kerja menunjukkan nilai t hitung 5,832 > t tabel 2,228 hal ini berarti berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
