Abstract

Perkembangan wisata di Kabupaten Tulungagung terus meningkat dan semakin banyak spot-spot wisata baru sehingga pemerintah Kabupaten Tulungagung berencana untuk membangun shelter wisata dan transportasi wisata yang terkoneksi untuk meningkatkan APD (Pendapatan Asli Daerah) dan pelayanan masyarakat bidang perhubungan dan pariwisata yang optimal di Kabupaten Tulungagung. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini berfokus untuk menentukan lokasi Park and Ride (P&R) atau terminal utama sebagai tempat parkir kendaraan pribadi wisatawan dari luar kota yang diintegrasikan transportasi umum wisata dan penentuan lokasi sub-terminal serta rute perjalanan untuk transportasi wisata. Masalah dalam penelitian ini rumuskan menggunakan metode analytical hierarchy process (AHP) untuk menentukan P&R dan Set Covering Problem (SCP) untuk menentukan lokasi sub-terminal dan jumlah coverage area perjalanan wisata terdekat serta travelling salesman problem (TSP) untuk menentukan rute dan jarak tempuh terpendek. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh keputusan bawah lokasi P&R atau terminal utama berada di Pasar Pahing Tulungagung. Terdapat 4 rute perjalanan wisata pada wilayah gunung dengan 9 lokasi sub-terminal dan 7 rute perjalanan wisata wilayah pantai dengan 9 lokasi sub terminal dengan semua rute terhubung ke P&R. Rute 1 wilayah gunung memiliki waktu tempuh terpendek yaitu 90 menit dan rute 6 pada wilayah pantai memiliki waktu terpendek yaitu 126 menit.
