Abstract

Penurunan pendapatan perusahaan merupakan tanda awal perusahaan terindikasi Financial Distress, hal tersebut terjadi pada beberapa perusahaan di Indonesia akibat pandemi yang melanda Indonesia. Salah satu penyebab runtuhnya perusahaan yakni praktik tata kelola perusahaan dinegara asia Indonesia menempati urutan terakhir dari 12 negara asia terhadap rendahnya penerapan Good Corporate Governance. Dari fenomena tersebut, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh Corporate Governance terhadap Financial Distress, sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 14 perusahaan sektor pariwisata, restoran dan hotel yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan melihat laporan tahunan perusahaan. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi dengan data panel dengan Eviews. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Audit Comite Size, Board Independence, Director Shareholding secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Financial distress
