Abstract

terhadap behavior intention to use JOOX melalui attitude toward behavior. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Ukuran sampel yang diambil sebanyak 120 orang responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan e-kuisioner yang menggunakan e-kuisoner yang menggunakan skla linkert 1-5 untuk mengukur 7 indikator. Metode analisis dalam penelitian menggunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analisys) untuk mengetahui pengaruh lansung dan tidak lansung dengan meggunakan bantuan dari program IBM SPSS sebagai oleh statistik data. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pemakai JOOX dapat dipakai semua gender umur 21-27 tahun yang bertempat tinggal di Gresik. Serta, dalam penelitian ini menemukan bahwa user experience berpengaruh signifikan terhadap behavior intention. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji statistik t test variabel user experience terhadap behavior intention sebesar 5,275 (>t tabel 1,652) dan uji statistik t test variabel user experience terhadap behavior intention melalui attitude toward behavior sebagai variabel intervening sebesar 9,188 (>t tabel 1,652). Sehingga hipotesis H1.1 dan H 1.2 diterima. Selanjutnyahasil koefisien determinasi menunjukan bahwa variabel independen (user experience) berpengaruh sebesar 19,1% terhadap variabel dependen (behavior intention). Maka sisanya sebesar 80.9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.
