Abstract
UPTD Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor is a government public service agency. Based on the provisions of Law Number 22 Year 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transport, it is mandatory for every vehicle operated on the road to be tested. However, the limitations of facilities and equipment that make it possible, currently still possible for types of motorized vehicles, especially cars, cars, public transportation and public transport. The types of services needed for inspection and testing for each vehicle carried out every 6 (six) months. This study aims to look for mental factors and find out the amount of mental workload in the UPTD Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor Dishub Bojonegoro and also the cause of mental workload. The subjects of this study were 7 people involved in service activities. The work used in this study is the mental workload with the NASA Task load Index (NASATLX) method and ind using a fishbone diagram. The results of this study indicate that employees in unit pengujian kendaraan have high mental work caused by engine, environmental and human resources factors.
