Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh pengetahuan keuangan, sikap kuangan dan locus of control terhadap Perilaku Pengelolaan Keuangan santri pondok pesantren darul ulum Jombang, dan mengidentifikasi pengaruh pengetahuan keuangan dan sikap keuangan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan santri pondok pesantren darul ulum Jombang yang dimediasi oleh locus of control. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 177 dari tanggapan responden santri pondok pesantren darul ulum Jombang yang memiliki bisnis dan memiliki tabungan dengan usia minimal 16 tahun. Penelitian ini yaitu nonprobability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Path Analysis (Analisis jalur) dan Sobel test. Hasil penelitian ini adalah variable pengetahuan keuangan, Sikap Keuangan dan Locus of Control berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perilaku Pengelolaan Keuangan, variabel locus of control mampu memediasi pengetahuan keuangan dan Sikap Keuangan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan.
