Abstract

Peningkatan tuntutan keberlanjutan mendorong perusahaan industri padat energi untuk mengintegrasikan praktik manajemen dan kepemimpinan berorientasi lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Green Human Resource Management dan Green Transformational Leadership terhadap Sustainable Employee Performance dengan Organizational Agility sebagai variabel mediasi pada PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk – Pabrik Tuban. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif kausal dengan metode survei terhadap 104 pimpinan unit kerja. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Green Human Resource Management tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Sustainable Employee Performance. Sebaliknya, Green Transformational Leadership berpengaruh terhadap Sustainable Employee Performance. Selain itu, Green Human Resource Management dan Green Transformational Leadership berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Agility. Organizational Agility juga berpengaruh terhadap Sustainable Employee Performance serta memediasi pengaruh kedua variabel tersebut. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kemampuan adaptif organisasi dalam mendukung kinerja karyawan berkelanjutan.
