Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Responsiveness, Perceived Ease Of Use, dan Personalization layanan Chatbot terhadap Customer Satisfaction pada Generasi Z pengguna marketplace Shopee di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei online. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 96 responden Generasi Z yang pernah menggunakan chatbot Shopee. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics versi 29 yang mencakup uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, serta uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responsiveness, perceived ease of use, dan Personalization secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Satisfaction. Secara parsial, ketiga variabel juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, dengan Responsiveness sebagai variabel yang paling dominan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kepuasan pengguna Gen Z terhadap layanan chatbot marketplace perlu difokuskan pada percepatan dan keandalan respons, kemudahan interaksi, serta kemampuan personalisasi layanan.
