Abstract

UMKM maju bersama merupakan kelompok usaha bersama yang berlokasi di Desa Bunderan Kecamatan Sidayu, Gresik. Merupakan UMKM yang bergerak pada sektor pengolahan kerupuk ikan. Saat ini UMKM maju bersama memiliki 3 mitra produksi yang bertugas memproduksi kerupuk ikan. Adanya permasalahan dalam kelebihan produksi atau kekurangan produk dalam pemenuhan permintaan membuat pihak mitra produksi dan UMKM maju bersama mengalami kerugian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini, menawarkan alternatif solusi dengan menganalisa jumlah permintaan untuk dilakukan peramalan untuk beberapa bulan kedepan menggunakan model time series. Sehingga menghasilkan data peramalan permintaan pada periode mendatang. Selanjutnya pada metode master production schedule (MPS) mendapatkan rencana jadwal produksi untuk dimplementasikan dan menghasilkan informasi mengenai jumlah kebutuhan produksi yang harus dikerjakan. Pada tahap akhir mencari kebutuhan yang harus terpenuhi dari rencana produksi menggunakan metode material requirement planning (MRP) untuk mengetahui total biaya persediaan yang harus disediakan selama panjang masa perencanaan.Diketahui pada UMKM maju bersama, hasil peramalan data permintaan terpilih mendapatkan tingkat error sebesar 20,18% & 22,19%. Hasil perencanaan penjadwalan produksi (MPS) menghasilkan kuantitas pemesanan 2 periode peramalan untuk satu kali produksi dengan biaya produksi Rp 33.133.689 untuk 8 minggu perencanaan, dengan total biaya persediaan Rp4.871.682.
