Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi saat ini memiliki dampak besar pada perusahaan, setiap perusahaan bersaing dalam menerapkan sistem informasi pada perusahaan mereka, salah satunya yang berpengaruh adalah penerapan sistem ERP pada proses bisnis mereka. Proses bisnis adalah serangkaian aktifitas yang disusun secara spesifik dan bergantung kepada aturan bisnis yang sudah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Dengan adanya proses bisnis, sangat berguna untuk menganalisis dan mengatur setiap departemen yang ada pada perusahaan. Namun dalam penerapannya seringkali terjadi ketidak selarasan antara sistem dengan Standar Operational Procedure (SOP) yang ada, dan sering dipertanyakan apakah proses bisnis yang digunakan sudah sesuai dan berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien. Process mining membantu perusahaan dalam mengetahui apakah proses bisnis yang mereka jalankan sudah sesuai dengan standar yang ada, atau ternyata muncul sebuah proses baru didalamnya. Process mining dibuat dengan menerjemahkan hasil event log yang didapat pada sistem ERP menggunakan sebuah process mining tools Disco. Proses bisnis yang di teliti adalah proses bisnis pengadaan pada sistem ERP E-Procurement perusahaan PT XYZ, dengan tahap pengerjaan nya yaitu mulai dari mengidentifikasi proses bisnis yang ada pada perusahaan, menentukan data event log yang akan diambil, mengekstraksi data dari eventlog, kemudian dilakukan pemodelan menggunakan aplikasi Disco, setelah hasil pemodelan didapatkan, selanjutnya akan dilakukan perbandingan proses secara sistem dengan standar yang ada, dan menemukan apakah ada aktifitas baru atau adanya penumpukan aktifitas pada proses bisnis yang diteliti. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah evaluasi dan saran dari peneliti terhadap proses bisnis PT XYZ, yang didapatkan dari process mining.
