Abstract

Rumusan Masalah dari penelitian ini adalah faktor internal dan eksternal apakah yang ada pada PT. Mihrab Tex dan bagaimana strategi yang diterapkan perusahaan agar dapat berkembang dan bersaing dipangsa pasar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor internal dan eksternal yang ada pada PT. Mihrab Tex serta mengeembangkan alternatif strategi yang dapat diterapkan perusahaan agar dapat berkembang bersaing dengan kompetitor Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi serta. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 3 informan yang termasuk petinggi perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan analisis SWOT. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan uji triangulasi Setelah dilakukan analisis didapatkan hasil penelitian bahwa PT. Mihrab Tex dilihat dari faktor internal didapatkan strategi ekspansi, startegi MTO (make to order) safety stock, strategi penetrasi pasar serta strategi intention. Sedangkan untuk faktor eksternal didapatkan strategi pelatihan.
