Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin cepat telah mempengaruhi kegiatan manusia di berbagai bidang, salah satunya di bidang bisnis. Sistem Informasi (SI) yang didukung oleh Teknologi Informasi (TI) menjadi salah satu alat strategis yang dipilih banyak perusahaan untuk membantu mempertahankan pelanggan yang dimiliki dan sebagai alat meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan. Dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat serta perubahan lingkungan bisnis yang terus berubah, maka perusahaan perlu memiliki perencanaan strategis SI/TI untuk merencanakan pemakaian SI/TI yang selaras dengan strategi bisnis dan perkembangan perusahaan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan SI/TI di masa depan. PT Swadaya Graha merupakan perusahaan komersial yang bergerak dibidang jasa kontruksi dan fabrikasi. Laba yang didapatkan perusahaan bersumber dari pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa PT Swadaya Graha, sehingga kepuasan pelanggan dapat berpengaruh terhadap laba perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, PT Swadaya Graha selalu melakukan upaya terbaik untuk memenuhi persyaratan pelanggannya dan secara konsisten melakukan program peningkatan berkelanjutan, salah satunya di bidang SI/TI. Dalam menginvestasikan SI/TI perlu perencanaan yang tepat agar SI/TI yang diterapkan dapat meningkatkan laba perusahaan. Dalam proses bisnisnya hampir seluruhnya sudah menggunakan SI. Akan tetapi, belum ada dokumen formal rencana kerja SI/TI yang selaras dengan visi dan misi perusahaan. Selain itu, dalam memenuhi kebutuhan persaingan bisnis dan kebutuhan pengembangan SI/TI perusahaan, maka PT Swadaya Graha perlu memiliki perencanaan strategis SI/TI. Dalam penyusunannya menggunakan model Ward and Peppard, serta tools yang digunakan yaitu : Value Chain, Porter’s Five Force Model, McFarlan Strategic Grid, SWOT, dan Balanced Scorecard. Perencanaan strategis SI/TI menghasilkan strategi bisnis SI, strategi TI, strategi manajemen SI/IT dan portofolio aplikasi masa depan.
