Abstract

Antrean merupakan suatu fenomena yang dihadapi konsumen pada industri jasa dan dunia usaha (bisnis). suatu sistem Antrean yang baik hendaknya dapat menurunkan biaya langsung berupa penyediaan fasilitas pelayanan dan biaya tidak langsung yang timbul karena para individu harus menunggu untuk dilayani. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis efisiensi sistem antrean di Outlet Kober Mie Setan Gresik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Adapun aspek-aspek yang menjadi pokok bahasan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya adalah struktur dasar proses kedatangan, kedatangan konsumen dan pelayanan.
