Abstract

Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi Pertanian Indonesia Gemilang merupakan salah satu lembaga yang bergerak pada bidang sertifikasi, yang mana lembaga ini melaksanakan sertifikasi untuk perorangan dan juga untuk produk-produk yang berhubungan pertanian. Lembaga ini berada di daerah Jombang, Jawa Timur. Lembaga ini baru saja di dirikan dimana membutuhkan perencanaan strategis dan teknologi system informasi yang dapat membantu lembaga ini mengembangkan perusahaan dan sebagai alat untuk meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan. Rencana strategi SI/TI yang dibuat akan sesuai dengan visi dan misi dari perusahaan untuk mengembangkan perusahaan dengan teknologi informasi yang lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Perencanaan Strategis SI/TI yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka model Ward and Peppard dimana dimulai dari analisis kondisi eksternal dan internal lingkungan bisnis, serta analisis kondisi eksternal dan internal lingkungan SI/TI. Proses analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Value Chain, analisis SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities dan Threats), matriks SWOT, Porter’s Five Force Model, Mc Farlan Strategic Grid, dan Balanced Scorecard. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rencana strategi SI/TI yang berupa portofolio aplikasi dimasa yang akan datang serta strategi manajemen SI/TI dan gambaran strategi SI yang digunakan sebagai acuan untuk meningkatkan system informasi pada perusahaan dan juga meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan untuk beberapa tahun kedepan.
