Abstract

Kondisi stres ditempat kerja memiliki banyak pemicu yang berbeda-beda dan kondisi stres saat ini merupakan gejala yang sering beranjak menjadi masalah, baik bagi individu maupun bisnis. Stres di tempat kerja memberikan dampak yang besar pada kepribadian dan perilaku seseorang. Faktor organisasi dan pribadi memiliki hubungan terhadap stres kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti peran Self Efficacy dalam memediasi pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Stres Kerja di PT ASABRI (Persero) Kantor Cabang Balikpapan. Jumlah responden yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah 34 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang didapatkan oleh peneliti diperoleh dari pengisian kuesioner. Data penelitian yang telah didapatkan selanjutnya akan dianalisis dengan teknik analisis linier berganda yang dibantu dengan media Smart-PLS versi 3.3.3. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Stres Kerja, pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Self Efficacy serta pengaruh Self Efficacy terhadap Stres Kerja. Sebagai variabel mediasi, Self Efficacy mampu memediasi hubungan Beban Kerja terhadap Stres Kerja.
