Abstract

Salah satu transaksi jual beli atau usaha dagang yang sudah marak sejak lama yaitu jual beli barang tiruan. Toko Satria merupakan sebuah Toko sepatu yang berlokasi di Gresik dan berletak di Pasar Gresik jalan Samanhudi. Toko Satria ini berdiri pada tahun 2002. Toko Satria adalah salah satu pusat Toko perbelanjaan di Pasar Gresik yang menjual barang tiruan dan memiliki banyak peminatnya. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menjelaskan penerapan jual beli barang tiruan pada Toko Satria Pasar Gresik dalam perspektif etika bisnis Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis field research. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga teknik yakni wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data dengan tahapan reduksi, display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini dari beberapa ukuran yang penulis gunakan sebagai acuan perspektif etika bisnis Islam, antara lain: kesatuan, kebebasan, keadilan, tanggung jawab, dan kejujuran. Penerapan Etika Bisnis Islam di Toko Satria ini sudah menerapkan kelima prinsip Etika Bisnis Islam.
