Abstract

Koperasi Konsumen Warga Semen Gresik KWSG merupakan sebuah badan usaha yang mememiliki proses bisnis inti melakukan penjualan bahan bangunan yang menjual produk Semen Gresik dan non semen. Dalam usaha mengikuti era serba digital saat ini, KWSG berupaya melakukan transformasi digital. KWSG belum melakukan perancangan yang menyeluruh terhadap pemanfaatan dan pengembangan SI/TI yang dimiliki. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, maka diperlukannya sebuah rancangan enterprise architecture yang dapat membantu KWSG dalam memberikan gambaran keseluruhan terkait kondisi saat ini (baseline) dari proses bisnis dan SI/TI yang ada pada KWSG. Dalam penelitian ini, kerangka kerja yang digunakan adalah TOGAF dengan metode ADM, fase yang diadopsi dalam penelitian ini mulai dari fase preliminary hingga technology architecture. Alat bantu yang digunakan dalam analisis dan pemodelan adalah value chain, business capability maps, dan archimate modelling untuk memvisualisasikan business layer, application layer, serta technology layer sebagai hasil akhir dari penelitian. Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan blueprint yang diharapkan dapat digunakan oleh KWSG untuk pertimbangan pengembangan kualitas bisnis dan SI/TI perusahaan di masa depan.
