Abstract

Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pengaruh Label Halal dan Word Of Mouth terhadap Minat Beli konsumen pada produk mixue (studi kasus gerai mixue di kota gresik). Penelitian ini menggunakan meotode kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling.Dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner dengan bantuan google form. Penelitian ini mendapatkan 170 responden dengan kriteria masyarakat Gresik yang mengetahui produk Mixue dan belum pernah membeli produk Mixue. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yakni adalah SPSS 19. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Label Halal berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli dan Word Of Mouth berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli secara parsial. Label Halal dan Word Of Mouth berpengaruh Minat Beli secara simultan.
