Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh profitablitas, ukuran dewan komisaris, ukuran perusahaan, dan leverage terhadap pengungkapan Corporate Social Responbility (CSR) pada perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2019. Sedangkan sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh 16 sampel perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan ukuran dewan komisaris berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan CSR. Sedangkan ukuran perusahaan dan leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan CSR.
