Abstract

Analisis sentimen merupakan topik riset yang penting untuk dilakukan pada era digital ini untuk mengetahui sentimen dari pengguna sosial media. Instagram merupakan salah satu media sosial yang populer. Sebuah instansi biasanya memiliki akun instagram untuk menyebarkan informasi agar masyarakat tahu seputar instansi tersebut, salah satunya Universitas Internasional Semen Indonesia (UISI). Pada penelitian ini opini yang disampaikan oleh pengguna instagram mengenai postingan di akun instagram @sayauisi. Setiap komentar pada postingan instagram akan diklasifikasikan sentimen berdasarkan kelas positif, negatif dan netral sehingga dapat dijadikan bahan pertimbangan kemajuan akun instagram UISI. metode yang digunakan yaitu algoritma Naïve Bayes. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengklasifikasikan setiap sentimen pada komentar dengan menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes. Pada metode Naïve Bayes didapatkan hasil accuracy 73.14%, precission 74.48%, recall 73.07%.
