Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh consumer experience, consumer satisfaction, electronic word of mouth dan service quality terhdap loyalitas pelanggan Mie Gacoan Panglima Sudirman Gresik. Penelitian ini ialah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini ialah dengan melakukan penyebaran kuisioner dengan dibantu program Google Form. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 sampel pelanggan Mie Gacoan Panglima Sudirman Gresik yang pernah makan di restoran tersebut sebanyak lebih dari sekali dengan rentang usia 18-40 tahun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian inin yaitu dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasannya consumer experience, consumer satisfaction dan e-wom berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sedangkan service quality tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Mie Gacoan Panglima Sudirman Gresik
