Abstract

PUBG Mobile ialah game battle royal yang dirancang oleh Brendan Greene yang dirilis secara global pada Maret 2018, dan berkembang di Indonesia sejak tahun 2019. PUBG Mobile di Indonesia sangat digemari oleh banyak kalangan di Indonesia mulai dari anak kecil hingga orang dewasa, dan terbukti sampai sekarang masih menjadi satu dari game yang banyak diminati di playstore dengan sekitar 500 juta unduhan. Game PUBG Mobile ini menyediakan pengalam bermain yang baik, grafis dan desain game yang bagus. Riset ini dilakukan mengingat banyaknya pengguna game PUBG Mobile, maka pihak PUBG Mobile perlu memahami beberapa fitur yang ada di game PUBG Mobile untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna PUBG Mobile. Jenis pendekatan yang dipakai dalam riset ini ialah kuantitatif dengan menerapkan Game Design Factor Questionnare yang mencangkup 12 faktor dalam game yakni Game goals, Game mechanism, Interaction, Freedom, Game Fantasy, Narrative, Challenge, Sensation, Game Value, Mystery, Sociality, Flow. Dalam menentukkan faktor – faktor tersebut yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pengguna maka dilakukan analisis menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna adalah Game Value (GV). Selain itu, Game Mechanism (GM) dan Freedom (FR) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna
