Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari dan menganalisis dampak influencer marketing, content marketing dan online customer review di tiktok terhadap purchase decision pada msglow di Gresik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan kuisioner yang dibantu menggunakan Google form. Penelitian ini mendapatkan tanggapan dari responden sebanyak 143 konsumen Ms Glow yang berdomisili di Gresik dan mengikuti akun TikTok @msglowbeauy. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa influencer marketing, content marketing dan online customer review berpengaruh terhadap purchase decision pada Ms Glow di Gresik.
