Abstract

Latar belakang permasalahannya adalah barang sudah terlalu lama di gudang dan tidak diminati konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi flash sale dan Untuk mengetahui strategi flash sale dalam hukum Islam di toko CV Pink Matahari Inspiration. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan field Reasearch (penelitian lapangan). Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data penelitian adalah teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Pedoman yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merujuk pada Kompilasi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah seperti, ikhtiyari/sukarela, amanah/menepati janji, ikhtiyati/kehati-hatian, luzum/tidak berubah, saling menguntungkan, taswiyah/kesetaraan, transparansi, kemampuan, taisir/kemudahan, itikad baik, sebab yang halal, Al-hurriyah (kebebasan berkontrak), da Al-kitabah (tertulis). Strategi flash sale di CV Matahari Pink Inspiration sudah sesuai dengan hukum Islam menurut Kompilasi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah.
