Abstract

PT. Semen Indonesia Distributor merupakan Distribution & Retail resmi PT. Semen Indonesia Grup yang memiliki kurang lebih 100 cabang yang tersebar di Indonesia. Banyaknya cabang inilah yang membuat perusahaan ini mengimplementasikan sistem informasi terintegrasi yakni SAP (System Application and Product in Data Processing) untuk mendukung kegiatan operasional perusahaan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Untuk mengukur keberhasilan implementasinya tidak selalu dilihat dari teknologinya, namun juga dapat dianalisis dari sisi penggunanya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan dan penggunaan SAP di PT. Semen Indonesia Distributor, yakni dengan mengadopsi model UTAUT (Unified Theory Of Acceptance And Use Of Technology). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online kepada pengguna SAP di PT. Semen Indonesia Distributor. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni Performance Expectancy (PE), Effort Expectancy (EE), dan Social Influence (SI) berpengaruh terhadap Behavioral Intention (BI), serta Behavioral Intention (BI) berpengaruh besar terhadap Use Behavioral (UB).
